Is this right for me?NOT IN CRISIS.
NOT OKAY EITHER.
We support adults (18+) in Essex who are experiencing suicidal thoughts or a history of suicidal thoughts, along with stress, distress, bereavement, or confidence issues.
You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to be at breaking point. If you're quietly not coping, that's enough.
We sit in the middle space — offering steady, human support before things escalate.
