GET SUPPORT

You don't need to be in crisis. You don't need a diagnosis. If you're quietly not coping, we're here to help.

WHO WE SUPPORT

We support adults (18+) living in Essex who are experiencing:

  • Suicidal thoughts or history of suicidal thoughts
  • Stress or feeling overwhelmed
  • Mild to moderate mental health difficulties
  • Bereavement or loss
  • Confidence and self-esteem issues
  • Day-to-day coping difficulties

This is very common. You're not alone, and you don't have to wait until things get worse.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

We provide short-term, structured support — not long-term therapy or crisis intervention. We may not be the right fit if:

  • • Your primary need is complex or historic trauma (e.g. childhood abuse, long-term PTSD)
  • • You are in active crisis or present with high-level risk that cannot be safely managed
  • • You are involved in ongoing court proceedings (criminal, family, or safeguarding)
  • • You are experiencing active alcohol or drug addiction
  • • Your needs require specialist or long-term therapy outside our 12-week model
  • • You are under 18 or don't live in Essex at time of referral
  • • You are currently receiving inpatient treatment or acute crisis care

If we can't help, we'll always signpost you to services that can — including NHS Talking Therapies, Samaritans, trauma-specialist services, or substance misuse support.
