If life feels overwhelming and you need someone to talk to, Port In A Storm is here to listen.
We offer confidential listening and emotional support for people living in Harwich and surrounding areas. Our outreach support workers can visit you at home if that's where you feel safest, or you can drop-in at our friendly Crisis Cafe every Wednesday evening for a chat and a cuppa in a calm, welcoming environment.
No matter where you are, our lived experience support workers can offer you a respectful, compassionate and judgement-free space to talk things through.
We know how hard it can be to reach out, but talking to someone really can help. Whenever you're ready, we're here.
