Reach Out for Mental Health is committed to providing safe, respectful support. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, you can make a complaint and we will take it seriously.

How to make a complaint

You can contact us via our Contact page or by phone.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible.
  • We may ask for more information so we understand what happened.
  • We will review the complaint fairly and respectfully.
  • We will explain the outcome and any actions we are taking.

Confidentiality

We will handle complaints sensitively and share information only with those who need to know in order to investigate and respond.
